Spanish street artist Pez is a real charmer of the old school and he is bringing his colourful, friendly fish to the streets of London. We had the pleasure bumping into him again last night as he started to map out his latest wall in Shoreditch, the finished article in all its glory is at the top of this post. We also recently found this little bundle of fun just off Brick Lane.
He has a show opening in London this week at the London Westbank gallery, a cool non white cubed gallery in the Notting Hill area (address below) which will be well worth checking out.

Having made many friends over the 15 years of his smiling fish campaign Pez is celebrating his life among friends by creating a series of collaborations with some of the greatest from London and abroad.
Collaborating with Pez on canvas will be The Flying Police, Flying Fortress, Cope2, Zosen, Sickboy, Kenor, Stinkfish, Cranio, Indie, Vinnie Nylon and Chanoir. Meanwhile, a bunch ofPez’s friends will also modify, subvert and possibly pervert a silk screen print of this little beauty:

The artists putting hand-finished touches on the prints include Inkie, RYCA, Pure Evil, The Toasters, Malarky, Ronzo, Fark, Dscreet, Mydogsighs, Mighty Mo, Kid Acne, Mr Penfold, BRK and Jake, all great artists adn many seen now or regularly on the Shoreditch Street Art Tours.
